Had a fantastic Xmas stay at this hotel. Loved the friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond. The breakfast was amazing, with a variety of choices to fuel us up before hitting the slopes. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the lifts and with stunning views of the mountain. The sauna was a great way to relax after a long day of skiing.
The rooms were a bit small for our family of four, but we managed just fine. The Wi-Fi was a bit slow, but who needs Wi-Fi when you're surrounded by so much natural beauty?

I was blown away by the attention to detail and design of the facilities, top-notch cleanliness, and expansive breakfast spread. The staff were professional and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable.

Great ski vacation! Perfect location with slopes just right outside the hotel's door. Metro station for lift a few steps away. the sauna is a great way to relieve tired muscles. the breakfast buffet is more than enough and the staff is always cheerful and helpful.

the location was convenient, with easy access to transportation and nearby activities for families. the rooms were spacious and clean and the bathrooms were well designed. the staff was kind and attentive, and the breakfast provided a good selection of food. the lounge area was a great feature, offering tea and board games on a chilly evening.
Although the hotel had many nice features, there were a couple of minor issues with room details that need improvement.

I had such a fantastic stay at this place! The team was incredibly hospitable and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The design of the hotel was also impressive, with a keen attention to detail. I loved how they would fold the duvets into different shapes each day, like a heart on Valentine's Day. It added such a special touch to my stay. The bathroom was absolutely perfect, and I wish I could install it in my own home. It was clear that the hotel took great care in providing luxury and comfort to its guests.
I highly recommend this hotel.
